Our Mission

We work to close the gap between neurodivergent talent and the workplaces that need it, through evidence, practical tools, and genuine collaboration.

What We Do

We conduct and translate research on neurodiversity and employment, create community-focused resources like reports and tip sheets, and are building toward a portal of free and licensed tools and services.

Our Approach

Our work is community-centered, evidence-based, and accessibility-first. We design with neurodivergent people, not only for them.
